About Dr Kjar
Dr. Kjar’s distinguished 30-year career has been defined by his passion for the people around him. As a board-certified surgeon, his expertise has helped hundreds of patients enjoy their full potential. He has also played a crucial role in the Operation Smile organization, co-founding and volunteering countless hours of time to help repair cleft lips and palates for children and young adults locally and around the world.
Dr. Kjar received his medical training at the University of Utah, as well as at Southeast Michigan’s Providence, Mt. Carmel and Sinai Hospitals. After residency, he completed a fellowship in craniofacial and plastic surgery with Dr. Ian Jackson at the revered Mayo Clinic in Minnesota. He received his board certification by the American Board of Plastic Surgery in 1984 and holds privileges at Davis Medical Center, Lakeview Hospital, LDS Hospital, and Mountain West Medical Center.
When not in surgery, Dr. Kjar spends time with his wife Sue, his five children and 22 grandchildren.

Mallory Stahl
She has spent the last 12 years managing and nurturing the medical spa. Mallory is passionate about the plastic surgery field, medical grade skin care, educating, and overall wellness – inside and out. She loves to work with patients/clients and hopes to provide you with a positive & pleasant visit to our office.
Emily Pons-Stone
As one of our newest members, we are so excited to take Emily on with our team. Emily brings a newly added element into our office after working with over 10 orthopedic surgeons for 4+ years. She strives for excellence in her work and care of patients, helping each patient achieve a positive and uplifting experience. Her joy and spunk will make you feel excited and at ease to be in our office!
Allie Davis
Allie graduated master esthetics in 2011 and was certified in laser comprehension in 2012. Relaxation facials are her favorite thing to do, but also love running lasers. She is a results oriented person so getting clients optimal results is the main thing she focuses on! She hopes to go through massage therapy school to become a better esthetician and a more rounded person. She loves what she does and the people she gets to meet!
Kylie Alexander
With 8 years of experience, Kylie is a confident and passionate medical aesthetician. She has completed many certifications including; Candela laser certification, lymphatic drainage massage in the Dr. Vodder Method, is a licensed esthetics instructor, and trained in many skin care and makeup lines. Kylie loves to pamper her patients to bring them the results and the healing that they deserve.
Amy Hunter
Amy is very excited to have been recruited to be part of an amazing Staff at Dr. Kjar’s office. She loves working with patients and seeing the happiness they feel as they work with Dr. Kjar enjoy the amazing results. Amy has enjoyed the safe, warm, & friendly environment that is found so easily in the office. She has become another crucial team-member that you will love seeing as you first come in the door to our office.
Ember Weaver
Ember Weaver was raised in Southern Utah where she met her husband. They have lived in Davis county for 18 years raising their three children. She enjoys spending time with them participating in outdoor recreational activities including boating and hiking. Her understanding of business has been accentuated by this opportunity to work with patients and medical professionals. She enjoys the personal relationships she develops with patients as she assists them, to live their best life.
Kelli Gamette
Kelli has 15 years experience in the nursing industry, recently transitioning from critical care and post-anesthesia to aesthetics. She loves utlilizing her nursing experience to provide competent care for patients and clients to help them feel and look their best! Kelli completed her BSN in 2002. She graduated at the top of her class (summa cum laude) from ASU Nursing Program. She then worked in the ICU and PACU units in Arizona and Michigan.
